Our policies allow us to provide a higher standard of service, therefore we have implemented them to provide you an exceptional experience. Appointment cancellation fees, unfortunately, are necessary due to unavoidable expenses and valuable time allocated to every patient when they make appointments.

We offer several options for your convenience to reserve an appointment. You may schedule an appointment by calling our office at 469-289-5959 or on our website by clicking on our appointment button.

If you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment or fail to show up, a $45 appointment cancellation fee will be applied to your account.  A reminder for your appointment will be sent either via text or email, which you are able to confirm.
